Suhoor,: Eat something savoury and have some dessert – our Summer Halwa Bar. Which is not too sweet and contains no dairy so avoids any bloating. It also contains 3 real summer fruits pieces (Mango, Raspberry & Strawberry) and tastes just like Halwa. Finish off a few bites of our Ginger & Apricot Bar to help you digest what you have eaten.
Iftar: Break your fast with our Date & Almond Chocolate Bar. Eat a proper meal (please) and then for dessert have a few bites of the Rose & Pistachio Kulfi. This bar tastes like kulfi and is sweet, but this is what you need after a day of fasting so enjoy a few bites.
